Driver CDL

Join Mondelēz International/NABISCO as a Driver CDL in Chattanooga, TN to help drive the future of snacking. You’ll deliver our products—including Oreo, Ritz, Triscuit, Sour Patch, and Swedish Fish—safely and efficiently to stores and warehouses.

Schedule

• Monday – Saturday (5 days a week, 3rd shift)
• Start time: between 12 am – 2 am; shift ends when work is completed (~10 hours)
• 40 – 50 hours per week

Principal location: Crossdock, 5901 Shallowford Rd, Chattanooga, TN. Routes cover Chattanooga and North Georgia.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with procedures and perform regular safety checks on tractor, trailer, pallet jack, and other equipment.
• Complete daily field service activities: prepare receipts, truck logs, and maintenance records.
• Perform all duties as scheduled by Route Manager or Dispatch.

Requirements

• Must meet all FMCSA requirements for CDL issuance and renewal.
• Valid CDL-Class A license with at least one year of proven safe driving experience.
• Valid REAL ID driver’s license, U.S. passport, or federal ID (required for military-base access).
• Must pass drug test, MVR, and background check; FMCSA Clearinghouse registration required.
• Familiarity with OSHA, DOT, and local/state/federal regulations.
• Basic understanding of temperature-controlled food transportation.
• Proficiency with smartphones, electronic logging devices (ELD), and scanners for logging deliveries.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing routes and schedules.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather and temperatures.

Preferred: direct store delivery (DSD) experience.

Pay

Hourly pay rate: $29.50 per hour. Eligibility for Branch Incentive Plan (BIP) bonus.
