Driver CDL

Join Mondelēz International/NABISCO as a Driver CDL in West Chester, OH and help drive the future of snacking for iconic brands such as Oreo, Ritz, Triscuit, Sour Patch and Swedish Fish.

Schedule

• Monday‑Saturday, 4 to 5 days per week (subject to change based on customer demand)
• 3rd‑shift start between 11 p.m. – 4 a.m., depending on route (5×8 or 4×10 schedule)
• 40 hours per week with overtime opportunities
• Overnight routes require staying out 2 nights a week; food and hotel are provided

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with procedures and perform regular safety checks of equipment (tractor, trailer, pallet jack, etc.) to guarantee safety.
• Complete daily field‑service activities, including preparing receipts, truck logs, and maintenance records.
• Perform all duties as scheduled by the Route Manager or Dispatch.

Requirements

• CDL‑Class A license with at least two years of proven safe driving experience.
• Valid REAL ID driver’s license, U.S. passport, or federal ID (required for access to a military‑base facility).
• Preferred direct‑store‑delivery (DSD) experience.
• Successful completion of drug test, motor‑vehicle‑record (MVR) check, and background check.
• FMCSA Clearinghouse registration (link provided).
• Customer‑oriented attitude with excellent support to key customers.
• Minimum one year of safe driving experience with no serious convictions; DOT requirement to check the last 10 years.
• Familiarity with OSHA and DOT regulations, as well as local, state, and federal requirements.
• Basic understanding of temperature‑controlled food transportation.
• Proficiency with a smartphone, electronic logging device (ELD), scanner, and logging deliveries.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing routes and working schedules.
• Ability to work in outdoor weather conditions and varying temperatures.
