About the role

As we accelerate our growth across the country, we’re looking for a Guest Service Specialist (GSS) who is ready to stand out and be part of something special. This role involves driving vehicles on site with extreme care, providing excellent customer service, and working with an amazing team to ensure customer vehicles are clean, inside and out.

Responsibilities

• Drive vehicles on site and handle them with extreme care.
• Provide excellent customer service by being friendly and outgoing.
• Work with an amazing team to ensure customer vehicles are clean, inside and out.
• Help maintain the location’s appearance and cleanliness.
• Follow all Mister Car Wash safety procedures and policies, including appearance expectations.

• Able to stand, squat, kneel, sit, walk up and down stairs, and remain mobile for long hours.
• Able to lift 50 lbs. to the waist, 25 lbs. to the chest, and 15 lbs. above the head.
• Valid driver’s license; upon offer, candidates are required to complete a driving history review.
