As a Distribution Driver, you will safely deliver products to customers while ensuring compliance with regulations, handling administrative duties, and maintaining strong customer relations.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a van or box truck to deliver products throughout the assigned state in all weather conditions.
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections and complete the DVIR log.
• Adhere to road rules and DOT regulations at all times.
• Protect company assets by following established cash handling guidelines.
• Promptly address delivery or customer concerns and report them to the Distribution Supervisor.
• Ensure all necessary paperwork and documentation are in order before departure.
• Communicate effectively with customers, including pre-delivery calls and post-delivery updates.
• Collaborate with the Distribution and Sales teams to resolve order-related issues.
• Provide exceptional customer service during each delivery.
• Review orders with customers to ensure product accuracy and handle any rejections.
• Accurately record customer payment details for each delivery.
• Follow safety standards and report any vehicle issues or accidents to the supervisor.
• Ensure all delivery manifests are signed and compliance with regulations is maintained.

Requirements

• In-state valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and valid insurance; must provide proof regularly.
• Positive and professional attitude with a strong sense of teamwork.
• High level of integrity, personal motivation, and sense of urgency.
• Ability to safely operate a delivery vehicle in various weather and traffic conditions.
• Reliability and punctuality are critical.
• Ability to learn and use new technology as needed.
• Must be eligible to work for any employer in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• 1+ year of professional driving experience with box truck operation required.

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to drive for up to 8 hours a day.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Depending on location, must be able to pass a DOT physical.

Schedule

This is a full-time, non-exempt position. Specific shift times and workdays vary by location and operational needs. Work may include evenings, weekends, holidays, and occasional overtime. Scheduled start and end times, shifts, and workdays are subject to change based on staffing and operational requirements, with advance notice provided whenever feasible.

Work Environment

Positions in our production facilities may involve regular exposure to cannabis plant material, dust, and other potential allergens. Individuals sensitive to pollen, molds, or strong odors may experience discomfort. Appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) is provided and required.
