Driver

This position is with ChampionX, which was acquired by SLB on July 16, 2025. If selected, your employment will begin with ChampionX and transition to SLB as part of the planned integration.

Responsibilities

• Pick up, transport, and drop off a variety of Harbison-Fischer parts while following route and time schedules
• Load, unload, prepare, inspect, and operate delivery vehicle
• Complete logs or reports as needed
• Adhere to all safety standards and represent the company professionally
• Maintain excellent communication and customer service skills
• Assist in warehouse and assembly areas with stocking, loading, and organizing materials when needed
• Follow standard operating procedures
• Ensure the delivery truck is regularly cleaned and properly maintained
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license in state of residence
• Good driving record; CDL license experience a plus
• One to two years of experience as a driver, including experience pulling a trailer
• Good computer skills and knowledge of blueprints and technical drawings
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to multi-task and work overtime as needed, including Saturdays
• Commitment to maintaining daily attendance, initiative, and productivity
• Pre-employment drug and alcohol test, criminal background check, employment verification, and MVR review

Physical Demands

• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs, with assistance
• Specific vision abilities required, including close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus
• Regularly required to talk or hear, use hands to finger, handle, or feel, and reach with hands and arms
• Work may be performed indoors in air-conditioned or well-ventilated facilities, in office or cubicle spaces, or on the production floor with varying temperatures and high noise levels
• Safety equipment such as glasses and protective shoes may be required
• Role is deemed safety-sensitive and may be subject to employer or customer drug testing

Pay

$25 - $27 per hour, depending on experience
