Drinking Water Conveyance Practice Leader

$120k–$200k/yrFull-time
We need to output HTML fragment with sections: h3 headings for sections present. We must not repeat job title. We must include sections only if posting has real specific content. We need to include: About the role (intro), Responsibilities, Qualifications (Basic Qualifications), Benefits (Compensation And Total Rewards and Industry-Leading Family Benefits), maybe Pay (salary range), Schedule? Not present. Physical Requirements maybe not a standard heading; but we could include under "Physical Requirements" but not in list of allowed headings? The allowed headings list includes: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We can use those. "Physical Requirements" not in list, but we could maybe put under Requirements? However we should not invent headings not listed. The instruction: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It says e.g., implying those are examples but we could use others? Safer to stick to those. We have content for About the role (intro paragraph), Responsibilities, Qualifications (Basic Qualifications), Benefits (Compensation And Total Rewards and Industry-Leading Family Benefits), Pay (salary range). Also maybe "Requirements" could be used for Basic Qualifications? But we already have Qualifications. We could put Basic Qualifications under Qualifications. Requirements maybe for other requirements like travel, physical? But we have Physical Requirements separate; maybe we can include under Requirements. However we need to avoid filler. Let's decide sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Qualifications, Benefits, Pay. Possibly also Requirements for travel/physical? But we have travel mentioned in Basic Qualifications and also in Responsibilities? Travel is in Basic Qualifications. Physical Requirements could be under Requirements. But we need to see if there is real specific content: yes, Physical Requirements paragraph. So we can include a Requirements section with that content. We must not include boilerplate like EEO etc. Remove that. We must preserve all substantive information. So we need to include all details from the posting except boilerplate. Let's extract content: Intro: "Lead Drinking Water Conveyance Innovation Across the United States At AE2S, this is more than a leadership role. It is an opportunity to define how drinking water conveyance systems are planned, designed, and delivered across the United States. We’re looking for a Drinking Water Conveyance Practice Leader to lead this practice across all locations, driving strategy, technical excellence, and growth across critical water infrastructure systems. Practice leaders at AE2S focus on the Technologies, Trends, and Training for their respective practices. If you’re a leader in water conveyance, distribution systems, or civil engineering infrastructure, this role offers the opportunity to influence projects, teams, and the future of how water is delivered. As the Drinking Water Conveyance Practice Leader, you will: Shape AE2S’s national Drinking Water Conveyance strategiesExpand and strengthen technical capabilities across multiple statesInfluence project delivery across multiple statesBuild and scale a nationally recognized practiceCollaborate with leadership across operations, client development, and strategy" We need to keep that as prose under About the role. Responsibilities bullet list: "You’ll lead the strategy, technical direction, and growth of AE2S’ Drinking Water Conveyance Practice nationwide. Set and drive the national vision for drinking water conveyance and distribution systemsPartner across regions to grow teams, capabilities and marketing presenceLead technical direction and elevate quality across all drinking water conveyance projectsAnticipate and operationalize emerging trends in water infrastructure and system designRepresent AE2S as a recognized voice in the industry through client advisory roles, conferences, and professional engagementsSupport major pursuits and provide technical leadership in business developmentMentor and develop engineers and technical staff across offices" Also "What Success Looks Like" bullet list: "Growth and expansion of AE2S’ drinking water conveyance practice nationwideA strong and visible technical leadership presence in the marketStrong client relationships and project winsHigh-performing, engaged teams across officesAdvancement of innovative drinking water conveyance solutions and best practices" We could combine both under Responsibilities? The "What Success Looks Like" maybe could be under Responsibilities or a separate section like "Expectations". But not in allowed headings. Could treat as part of Responsibilities. We'll include as part of Responsibilities list. Qualifications (Basic Qualifications): list items. Benefits: Compensation And Total Rewards paragraph + Industry-Leading Family Benefits bullet list. Pay: salary range. Requirements: Physical Requirements paragraph. We also have location options and reports to etc. Those are metadata; we can fold into a short p or drop. Probably include a short p with location options and reports to? The instruction: do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. So we can include a short p with location options and reports to maybe. We must not include boilerplate like EEO etc. Now produce HTML:

We also need to include location options and reports to maybe as a short p before sections. Let's add a p after the initial heading? Actually we have no heading for metadata. We'll add a p at start: "Reports to: Practices Director – Horizontal Infrastructure & Advisory Services. Direct Reports: None. Location Options: Lone Tree, CO; Des Moines, IA; Boise, ID; Maple Grove, MN; Billings, MT; Bozeman, MT; Great Falls, MT; Bismarck, ND; Fargo, ND; Grand Forks, ND; Rapid City, SD; Sioux Falls, SD; or Lehi, UT." We must not repeat job title. That's fine. Now ensure no duplication: we have salary range both in Benefits paragraph and Pay section. Might be duplication but we need to preserve all substantive information; we could keep both but maybe it's okay. However we could avoid duplication by moving salary range only to Pay section and not repeat in Benefits. But the Benefits paragraph includes salary range description; we could keep that but it's duplicate. The instruction: Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Duplicate lines are to be removed? It says: Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. So duplicated lines should be removed. The salary range appears in both Benefits and Pay; that's a duplicate line. We should keep only one occurrence. Which section is more appropriate? Pay section is for salary range. Benefits section should focus on benefits. So we should remove salary range from Benefits paragraph and keep only in Pay section. However Benefits paragraph also includes other compensation details (discretionary bonus, ESOP, 401k). We'll keep those. Thus adjust Benefits paragraph to exclude salary range sentence. Let's rewrite Benefits paragraph: "At AE2S, compensation extends beyond base pay and includes opportunities to share in both individual and company success through: Discretionary bonus opportunitiesEmployee ownership through the ESOPMatching 401(k) contributions"
