Drilling & Completions Engineer

The Drilling & Completions Engineer reports to the Drilling Manager and works closely with suppliers and the drilling and completions organization to support a broad range of activities, including offset research, well design, and completion design. This role is responsible for identifying optimization opportunities and performing the engineering analysis needed to support safe, efficient, and cost-effective operations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct offset research to inform well and completion design.
• Develop and optimize well designs for safety, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
• Design and refine completion strategies to enhance operational performance.
• Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to implement engineering solutions.
• Identify and evaluate opportunities for operational optimization.
• Perform engineering analysis to support drilling and completions activities.
