About the role

Responsibilities
- Operate drilling rigs safely and efficiently
- Monitor rig operations and equipment performance
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and procedures
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on drilling equipment
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- At least 2 years of related experience in drilling operations
- Knowledge of rig operation and maintenance procedures
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong communication skills
- Physical ability to perform tasks in a rough terrain environment
Skills
- Proficient in using rig control systems
- Experience with rig safety protocols
- Knowledge of environmental regulations

Pay
The pay range for this position is $50,000 - $70,000 annually.
Schedule
The schedule for this position is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM.
