About the role

Responsibilities
- Operate drilling equipment safely and efficiently
- Monitor and adjust drilling parameters to ensure quality and safety
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
- Follow all health and safety protocols
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- At least 2 years of related experience in drilling operations
- Knowledge of drilling equipment operation and maintenance
Qualifications
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication skills
- Physical ability to perform tasks in a field setting

Pay
Salary range: $50,000 - $70,000 annually
Schedule
Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
