About the role

Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain directional drill rigs and related equipment
- Locate underground utilities
- Prepare ground conditions with suitable chemicals
- Guide drill heads accurately
- Execute pullback processes to connect products to reamers
- Inspect and maintain equipment
- Coordinate with team members
- Adhere to strict safety standards
Requirements
- 1–2 years of directional drilling experience in urban settings
- Familiar with drills such as Vermeer or Ditch Witch
- Valid WA Class A CDL with a clean driving record
- Strong problem-solving, map reading, and communication skills
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Physical capabilities including lifting up to 50 pounds and performing demanding tasks
Work Environment
Primarily on active construction sites, possibly involving long hours, night shifts, and underground, confined or low-light environments.
Preferred Certifications
- OSHA 30 or MSHA
- First Aid/CPR
- Valid WA CDL
