About the role
The Drill and Tap Technician is responsible for performing various drilling and tapping operations to ensure the quality and accuracy of components.
Responsibilities
- Operate drilling and tapping machines to produce precise holes and threads.
- Inspect workpieces for conformance to specifications and make necessary adjustments.
- Follow safety protocols to prevent accidents and comply with environmental regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve issues and improve processes.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of related experience in manufacturing or similar field.
- Knowledge of drilling and tapping techniques and equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
Skills
- Proficiency in using CNC machines.
- Good problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Pay
