Drill Bit Repair Technician

Primary Responsibilities

• Support the repair and maintenance of drill bits used in energy operations.
• Aid in production processes and equipment servicing.
• Follow safety and quality standards at all times.

Job Duties

• Use off-hand die grinders, blast equipment, and pressure washers to clean and prep parts.
• Assist senior technicians with repairs and servicing procedures.
• Operate OD or centerless grinders to finish surfaces.
• Apply paint and inspect nozzle fit and alignment.
• Complete production paperwork and maintain accurate service records.
• Follow all safety protocols and work instructions.

Education & Qualifications

• A high school diploma or GED is preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in mechanical repair, mechanical assembly, or equipment repair is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of power tools, grinders, and shop equipment is required.
• Flexibility to work shifts as assigned (may include evenings/weekends).
