About the role

Reframe Systems is a Physical AI and robotics company dedicated to making high-performance housing accessible and abundant in communities around the world. We achieve this through our vertically integrated delivery model and advanced microfactories, which produce climate-resilient homes and buildings at a faster pace and with greater precision than traditional construction methods. Our modular buildings are manufactured in our Andover, MA microfactory and are expanding across North America, with plans for additional facilities.

Responsibilities

  • Develop innovative solutions to complex architectural challenges using cutting-edge robotics and automation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including architects, engineers, and software developers to bring designs to life.
  • Lead projects from concept to completion, ensuring quality and adherence to project timelines.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of manufacturing processes and systems within the microfactories.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and advancements to ensure the company remains at the forefront of the housing technology sector.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Robotics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience in architecture, engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience with building information modeling (BIM) and digital fabrication technologies.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively to find solutions to complex problems.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, or similar BIM software.
  • Experience with 3D printing, CNC machining, or other additive/subtractive manufacturing techniques.
  • Knowledge of building codes and standards.
  • Experience with project management tools such as Microsoft Project or Primavera.

Skills

  • Strong understanding of structural engineering principles.
  • Experience with prefabrication and modular construction.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Passion for sustainability and environmental stewardship.
