Drayage Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities

  • Cook up a fleet of 50+ drivers
  • Schedule delivery appointments with customers and warehouses
  • Provide timely updates and communication to customers
  • Answer incoming calls and emails from customers and drivers
  • Enter and manage orders within the system accurately
  • Maintain a watchful eye on port and delivery activity to ensure timely movement of freight
  • Work closely with operations and dispatch teams to resolve issues quickly
  • Maintain excellent customer service and professionalism at all times

Requirements

  • A minimum of 2–3 years of drayage customer service or dispatch experience required
  • A knowledge of Florida ports required
  • Experience with PortPro is a plus
  • Intermediate Excel skills required
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • The ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliable, proactive, and detail-oriented
  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
