Responsibilities
- Cook up a fleet of 50+ drivers
- Schedule delivery appointments with customers and warehouses
- Provide timely updates and communication to customers
- Answer incoming calls and emails from customers and drivers
- Enter and manage orders within the system accurately
- Maintain a watchful eye on port and delivery activity to ensure timely movement of freight
- Work closely with operations and dispatch teams to resolve issues quickly
- Maintain excellent customer service and professionalism at all times
Requirements
- A minimum of 2–3 years of drayage customer service or dispatch experience required
- A knowledge of Florida ports required
- Experience with PortPro is a plus
- Intermediate Excel skills required
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- The ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
