Draws Analyst

About the role
We are searching for a detail-oriented and organized professional to support our Servicing & Asset Management Department. This role involves managing the draw process, coordinating inspections, handling borrower communication, processing wires, and supporting reporting functions across the organization. Responsibilities
- Assist in managing the construction draw pipeline, ensuring efficiency and accuracy throughout the process.
- Act as a liaison for borrowers regarding draw inspections, handling communication via email and phone.
- Coordinate with third-party vendors to order inspections and provide updates on scheduling, draw status, and wire releases.
- Process and submit draw requests in a timely and accurate manner.
- Maintain reporting and status updates for completed draws and related activities.
- Assist with reviewing inspection reports for draw approval (training will be provided; not an immediate requirement).
- Accurately verify wire instructions and ensure proper execution of outgoing wires.
Prior experience in single-family or multi-family lending is a plus.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, real estate, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in construction lending, loan servicing, treasury operations, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- High attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Prior experience in single-family and/or multi-family real estate lending is preferred.
