Drain Technician

Willard East is seeking a self‑motivated individual with a positive attitude to join its growing plumbing and drains team. Drain Technicians are paid on a commission basis with uncapped earnings potential.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough inspections to diagnose residential and small commercial plumbing systems for drain‑related issues.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot drain problems, including blockages, leaks, and pipe damage.
• Utilize specialized tools and equipment to perform drain cleaning, unclogging, and repair.
• Install, repair, and maintain drain pipes, fittings, and fixtures.
• Interact professionally with customers, explaining plumbing concerns and solutions.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain detailed service records, including before‑and‑after photos.
• Educate customers on best practices for their drain systems.
• Adhere to company safety protocols and attend required safety training.

Requirements

• 2+ years of plumbing and drain experience (preferred).
• Plumbing degree, license, or apprenticeship.
• Drain‑tech endorsement or at least 200 hours of related training.
• Familiarity with diagnosis and repair of residential plumbing issues.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, equipment, and fixtures.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay

Salary range: $50,000 – $100,000 per year, with commission‑based, uncapped earnings potential; many technicians earn over $100k annually.

Location

Forney, TX – reliable commute or relocation required. Position is in‑person, full‑time.
