About the role
As a Residential Drain Technician at Radiant, you’ll work independently in the field diagnosing and resolving drain issues in customers’ homes. You’ll be trusted to assess problems, recommend the right solutions, and complete quality repairs while delivering an excellent customer experience. This role is ideal for someone who’s confident working on their own, enjoys troubleshooting, and knows how to clearly explain options to homeowners.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve drain issues in residential homes
- Assess problems and recommend appropriate solutions
- Complete quality repairs while maintaining a positive customer experience
- Confidently present repair options to homeowners
Requirements
- A valid apprentice plumber card with endorsement
- Valid driver’s license with no major violations within the last 3 years
- Ability to use an iPad and ServiceTitan software
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to diagnose drain issues
Qualifications
- Experience in plumbing and air conditioning
- Knowledge of common drain issues and solutions
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
