Drain Technician

About the role

Responsible for diagnosing and repairing plumbing issues in residential and commercial properties. Requires strong problem-solving skills and familiarity with common plumbing systems.

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and repair plumbing issues in residential and commercial settings
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand and resolve their plumbing needs
  • Use tools and equipment safely and efficiently
  • Document work performed and communicate with supervisors as necessary

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
  • Experience in plumbing or related field preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols

Qualifications

  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • Pass a background check and drug screening

Skills

  • Proficient in using plumbing tools and equipment
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
