Draftsperson III

Responsibilities

• Create custom water main drawings from field sketches, information provided by inspectors, or existing GIS and CADD data.
• Maintain project related records and drawings to ensure engineering drawings and documents standards are met.
• Prepare water main construction and restoration project estimates.
• Create 3D Isometric drawings for large infrastructure projects.

Qualifications

• Completion of 1,000 hour draft course or equivalent work experience required.
• Minimum 2 years Computer Aided Design experience required.
• Proficient in MS Office; working knowledge of GIS preferred.
• Utility/pipeline construction experience a plus.

Pay

Starting salary for this position is $83,000 per year plus benefits.
