Drafter Designer | Full-Time | Days

About the role

Will produce construction designs, plans, specifications, as-builts, and associated documents in order to assist in the construction, maintenance and integration of hospital facilities.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the CAFM (Computer Application Facility Management) program using Healthcare standards.
• Work with AutoCAD Version 11 or higher.
• Use IBM-Tririga software or comparable CAFM software.
• Have strong computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office.
• Gain Healthcare and BIM experience.
• Show good interpersonal skills and problem-solving ability.
• Operate vehicles for an assigned business purpose as a 'non-frequent driver.'

Requirements

• Minimum Education and Experience Requirements: AA/AS Degree in Architectural/Construction/Engineering or related field or 4 years progressive responsibility in commercial construction, one year experience must be in using AutoCAD Version 11 or higher.
• Must have strong computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office.
• IBM-Tririga software or comparable CAFM software a plus.
• Healthcare and BIM experience preferred.
• Good interpersonal skills and problem-solving ability required.
• Motor Vehicle Operator Designation: Employees in this position will operate vehicles for an assigned business purpose as a 'non-frequent driver.'
