Drafter

Responsibilities

• Produces sketches, drawings, and floor plans to illustrate concepts and finished projects using computer-aided design programs (CAD) and hand-drawing skills
• Maintains project timelines, ensuring timely completion of each project milestone, and notifies management of any delays
• Monitors project progress, ensuring adherence to design specifications and quality standards
• Ensures compliance with all relevant building codes and regulations
• Collaborates with architects, engineers, and other construction professionals to ensure seamless integration of design elements

Requirements

• Knowledge of CAD
• Knowledge of Sketchup
• Knowledge of Revit
• Precise attention to detail
• Very organized and able to manage competing priorities
• Able to multitask and prioritize tasks according to project needs
