Draft Beer Installation Technician

About the role

A Head for Profits (AHFP) is looking for a Draft Beer System Installation Technician (DIT) to install and manage draft beer systems in bars, breweries, and other establishments. This hands-on, mechanical role involves regional travel in a company vehicle, ensuring installations meet AHFP and client standards. The DIT will maintain professional relationships with clients and team members while managing tools, equipment, and a company vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Install and manage draft beer systems in various establishments.
• Perform hands-on mechanical work and troubleshoot system components.
• Maintain professional relationships with clients, management, and AHFP employees.
• Operate and care for a company vehicle, tools, and equipment during regional travel.
• Learn and apply draft beer system operations and best practices.
• Demonstrate safe and responsible driving with a clean DMV record.

Requirements

• Excellent customer service and hospitality skills.
• Strong written and oral communication abilities.
• Comfort with mobile technology (smartphones and applications).
• Mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Valid, unexpired driver’s license with a clean DMV record.
• Must pass a criminal background check.
• Cicerone Level 1 Certification (required for internal employees).

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift, bend, climb, and perform physical labor.
• Comfortable with driving for regional travel.

Pay

$24.05 per hour.
