About the Role
The Draft Beer System Installation Tech (DIT) with A Head for Profits (AHFP) is responsible for installing and managing draft beer system installations in various establishments. This hands-on, mechanical role requires regional travel in a company vehicle. The DIT will learn about draft systems and their components to ensure installations meet AHFP and client standards. In addition to installations, the DIT will maintain professional relationships with clients, management, and other AHFP employees, and be responsible for a company vehicle, tools, and equipment.
Responsibilities
- Install and manage draft beer systems in various establishments.
- Ensure installations meet AHFP and client standards.
- Maintain professional relationships with clients, management, and AHFP employees.
- Operate and maintain a company vehicle, including safe and responsible driving.
- Manage and maintain personal tools and equipment, including inventory and care.
- Learn and retain draft beer system operations and best practices.
Requirements
- Excellent customer service and hospitality skills.
- Clear written and oral communication ability.
- Comfort with mobile technology (smartphones) and mobile applications.
- Mechanical aptitude and inclination.
- Ability to learn and retain draft beer system operations and best practices.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Responsible and safe operation of a company vehicle.
- Must pass a criminal background check.
- Valid, unexpired driver's license with a clean DMV record.
- Cicerone Level 1 Certification (required for all internal employees).
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift, bend, climb, and drive as part of daily responsibilities.
