We need to remove boilerplate: EEO, legal, etc. Also remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. Also remove the "Are you Richmond R.E.A.D.Y ?" maybe considered fluff? It's not a standard heading but it's part of the posting. We need to preserve substantive information. The "Are you Richmond R.E.A.D.Y ?" is like a tagline; maybe we can keep as part of About? The instruction: "Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it) and do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it." So we can include a short paragraph for metadata like hiring event date, location, hiring range, background check, etc. We need sections: About the role (maybe "About the role" heading). Responsibilities (duties). Requirements (qualifications). Skills (knowledge, skills, abilities). Benefits (benefit enhancements listed: Virginia Retirement System (VRS), Language Incentive, Referral Bonus, Tuition Assistance Program). Pay (the anticipated hiring range). Schedule (maybe the hiring event schedule? Actually schedule of work? Not given. There's a hiring event schedule but not work schedule. The instruction: include Schedule section only if posting actually states them. The posting includes "This position is a part of our hiring event on Wednesday, October 14, 2026, from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM at Midtown Green." That's about the event, not the job schedule. There's no regular work schedule. So we should not create a Schedule section. We also have "Benefits" section: they list benefit enhancements: Virginia Retirement System (VRS), Language Incentive, Referral Bonus, Tuition Assistance Program. So we can include Benefits. Pay: "The anticipated hiring range is $60,306 - $77,457." So include Pay. Now we need to extract About the role: The paragraph after "About This is an EXCITING time to Join the City of Richmond! ..." plus maybe the hiring event description? Actually "About This is an EXCITING time to Join the City of Richmond! We are committed to nurturing talent, fostering growth opportunities, and building strong connections within our workforce. As we continue to make strides to becoming the employer of choice, we are thrilled about the below employee benefit enhancements: ..." That's about the organization and benefits. Then later: "Join us at the DPU Hiring Event! This position is a part of our hiring event on Wednesday, October 14, 2026, from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM at Midtown Green . If you're selected to move forward, our department will reach out directly to schedule your interview. Please note this position is subject to a pre-employment background check and/or drug screening." That's more about the hiring process. Could be part of About the role or separate? We could combine into About the role. Responsibilities: The duties list: "Review and approve all incoming purchase requisitions for accuracy and complianceManage changes, cancellations, and final closures of departmental purchase ordersProcess vendor invoices using the OnBase system in a timely and accurate mannerMonitor the department’s weekly agreement report and track expiring contracts for timely renewals or closures and prepare pay-ins for deposits and ensure submission of monthly pay-in reclassification journal entries Compile data for internal and external auditors for the departmentAssist with various accounting projects and provide support to other staff as needed." We need to split into list items. Requirements: Minimum training and experience: Bachelor's degree..., three years..., equivalent combination. Also Preferred qualifications: Extensive knowledge..., Skilled..., Fixed Assets experience and Oracle Experience is preferred. Licensing etc: None required. We could combine Requirements and Qualifications? The instruction says use headings for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we need separate Requirements and Qualifications? Might be overlapping. Usually Requirements = minimum qualifications; Qualifications = preferred? But we can decide to put minimum under Requirements and preferred under Qualifications. Or we could combine into one Qualifications section. The instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So maybe combine Requirements and Qualifications into one section? But they listed both as possible headings. We need to decide based on content: we have minimum training and experience, preferred qualifications, licensing etc. Could make a single "Qualifications" section covering both minimum and preferred. Or we could have "Requirements" for minimum and "Qualifications" for preferred. Since they said prefer few substantive sections, maybe combine into one "Qualifications". But we need to follow instruction: "Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It's examples, not mandatory to use all. So we can choose which to include
