What Can You Expect?

We provide each intern with a tailored training program focused on translating your unique skillset to our organization. You will be placed in a role tailored to your desired career path within business aviation across various business units including Aircraft Maintenance, Component Repair & Overhaul, Flight Test, Engineering, and Defense. You will gain exposure to Bombardier policies and procedures and connect with different areas within the organization to facilitate your transition from military to civilian aviation.

Requirements

• You have 180 days of service or fewer remaining prior to your date of discharge.
• You have at least 180 continuous days of active service.
• You have obtained approval from your unit commander.
• You agree that participation in SkillBridge can be terminated at any time by the service if mission requirements dictate.
• You are flexible to work various hours and schedules depending on the role.
