About the role
The DoW SkillBridge program is a key component of our strategy to grow and expand our business. This 2-4 month program is designed to provide immersive learning experiences across various departments within the company.
Departments to explore
Revenue: Client-facing roles in Customer Development and Sales that offer insights into the 'business of the business' and opportunities to work alongside top leadership.
Operations: Positions in Logistics, Project Production, and Installation Management that enable you to work in high-performing teams ensuring exceptional customer experiences.
Craftsman Academy: A specialized training program tailored to help transitioning service members become skilled installers and crew leaders.
Compensation and benefits
We aim to bring SkillBridge participants on full-time after the program concludes and offer a sign-on bonus as appreciation for their efforts.
