About the role

We are currently seeking individuals who have completed the DoW SkillBridge program to join our team. This program is designed to provide immersive learning experiences across various departments within the business, including Revenue, Operations, and the Craftsman Academy.

Departments to explore

• Revenue: Client-facing roles in Customer Development and Sales that offer insights into the 'business of the business' and opportunities to work alongside top leadership.

• Operations: Positions in Logistics, Project Production, and installation management that enable you to work in high-performing teams ensuring exceptional customer experiences.

• Craftsman Academy: A specialized training program to prepare transitioning service members for roles as installers and crew leaders.

Compensation and benefits

Participants in the SkillBridge program will be offered full-time employment upon completion. We also provide a sign-on bonus to acknowledge your commitment and contributions during the program. Additional benefits include:
