Double Weekend Medication Aide

Job Type: Full-Time. Shift differential offered for Double Weekend Shift.

Responsibilities

• Reports promptly any change of patient condition or other concerns to Patient Care Supervisor.
• Follow charting guidelines for PRN documentation.
• Reports medication reorder.
• Participates in all assigned meetings, trainings, education, and in-service as required.
• Inventory documentation of drugs on appropriate forms.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively in English through both speech and writing.
• Previous patient care experience preferred.
• Current certification for Medication Aide.
