DOT Compliance Specialist
under About the role. Responsibilities: list of duties. Many bullet-like sentences. We need to extract responsibilities list. The posting enumerates many responsibilities separated by periods. We'll create
- for each duty.
Requirements: maybe "Required Skills, Knowledge, And Experience" and "Required Education". Those are requirements. Could be separate sections: Requirements (maybe combine skills and experience) and Qualifications (education). But we need to follow headings list: we can use Requirements for skills/experience, Qualifications for education. Skills maybe separate but we can combine.
We have "Required Skills, Knowledge, And Experience" list of abilities. That's skills. Could go under Skills heading. "Preferred Skills, Knowledge, And Experience" also skills but optional. Could also go under Skills.
"Required Education Associates degree or 3-5 years of relevant pipeline or construction experience." That's qualification. "Preferred Education Bachelor’s Degree" also qualification.
We have no explicit Pay, Benefits, Schedule. So we should NOT include those sections.
We also have "Additional Information" about drug-free workplace, EEO. That's boilerplate; we should remove.
We also have some introductory company description; maybe we can include under About the role? Or maybe we can have a separate "About the company" but not in allowed headings. So we incorporate relevant info into About the role? The instruction: "Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it) and do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short
or drop it." So we can include a short paragraph about the company as part of About the role? Might be okay. We need to preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we must keep all details from responsibilities, required skills, etc. We must not include boilerplate like EEO, drug-free workplace, equal opportunity, etc. Also remove duplicated lines. We must not include navigation/cookie/legal etc. Thus final HTML:

But that repeats a lot; maybe we should keep it concise but preserve all substantive info. The instruction: "Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail." So we cannot omit any substantive info. That means we must keep all sentences from the company description? That seems excessive but required. However we can combine them into a paragraph; that's preserving all info (just not omitting). It's okay. Now Responsibilities: need to list each duty. Let's extract bullet points from the responsibilities paragraph: "Maintaining Project Execution’s manuals/documents and processing MOCs." "Design Standards" "Construction Specifications" "Purchase Specifications" "Assisting Project Execution staff with guidance on required forms and documentation associated with projects." "Reviewing proposed projects for compliance impacts." "Coordination with other Compliance Assurance staff for applicable notifications to regulatory agencies." "OMS management" "Adding necessary inspections into OMS for facility commissioning activities." "Assisting in management of assets and work orders related to Project Execution work activities." "WorkHub management" "Reassigning Project Execution WorkHub forms for personnel changes." "Testing new forms for WorkHub integration." "Audit preparation" "Conduct periodic documentation reviews during construction to assist Project Execution in being “audit ready”." "Representing Project Execution in audits and inspections with regulatory agencies." "Field inspections during construction" "Serve as Boardwalk’s representative." "Facilitate inspection and serve as a primary spokesperson." "Headquarters inspections" "Facilitate responses to protocol questions during inspection preparation." "Assist in acquiring necessary data, records, and documentation; identify correct procedures to meet regulation requirements; determine how to best respond to requests from the auditor." "Respond to general design and construction questions and coordinate with SMEs as needed." "This role may be required to maintain portions of Boardwalk’s Portal to ensure that procedures and forms are up to date and documentation is easily accessible." "This role may be required to review PHMSA Interpretations, Advisory Bulletins, and National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) Advisories for applicability to Boardwalk and assist in changes to procedures or policies if necessary." "This role must have extensive working knowledge of the requirements in 49 CFR 192 and 195 as well as Incorporated by Refence (IBR) documents." "Requires 15-30% travel." We need to ensure each is a - . Some are fragments like "Design Standards" etc. We'll keep as is.
Now Skills: list from "Required Skills, Knowledge, And Experience":
- Ability to comprehend diverse regulatory, scientific, and technical issues.
- Ability to ready and apply Federal Regulations, guidance documents, Industry Standards, and associated documents. (Note: "ready" likely typo for "read". We'll keep as given.)
- Ability to communicate with a wide variety of people, including employees, all levels of management, regulatory agencies, and the public.
- Ability to plan, organize, and lead others in creation of work products.
- Ability to work independently and identify next step activities with minimal supervision.
- Ability to organize and write clear documents and correspondence to various audiences.
- Must demonstrate a high level of personal integrity and ability to maintain information in a confidential manner.
- High-level organization skills related to storing and managing documents and records.
- Time management skills to be able to manage multiple priority tasks.
Preferred Skills also list but optional; we could include them under Skills as well (maybe separate bullet list but still under Skills). The instruction: prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we can combine required and preferred skills under Skills heading.
Preferred Skills list:
- Professional credentials or certifications are appreciated but not required.
- Pipeline construction management experience.
We'll include those as bullets.
Now Qualifications: Required Education and Preferred Education.
- Required Education: Associates degree or 3-5 years of relevant pipeline or construction experience.
- Preferred Education: Bachelor’s Degree.
We'll put under Qualifications.
Now we must not include Benefits, Pay, Schedule.
Now ensure we removed boilerplate: drug-free workplace, EEO, equal opportunity, etc. Also remove duplicated lines like "We maintain a drug-free workplace and perform pre-employment substance abuse testing." Already removed.
Now output HTML fragment only.
Let's craft.
We'll start with
