Responsibilities
- Verifies patient information.
- Captures and coordinates procedure/treatment plan.
- Implements procedure/treatment plan.
- Evaluates the procedure/treatment plan.
- Organizes and documents all aspects of assigned patient care.
- Participates in Quality Improvement activities.
- Contributes to a positive work environment and the overall team effort of the department.
- Completes assigned goals.
Specifications
- Experience: Minimum Required: 5 or more years. Preferred/Desired: 5 or more years.
- Education: Minimum Required: Certified by the Medical Dosimetry Certification Board (MDCB). Preferred/Desired: Training.
- Licensure: Minimum Required: BLS WITHIN 14 DAYS OF HIRE; CMD.
