Doorway Listings Coordinator

About the role

The Doorway Listings Coordinator works with affordable housing owners, operators, and local jurisdiction staff across the nine-county Bay Area to draft and publish listings on the Doorway Housing Portal (DHP).

Responsibilities

• Onboard and train new partners
• Create and review listings for accuracy and compliance
• Publish listings on the Doorway Housing Portal
• Run lotteries and related audits in Doorway Partners Portal
• Publish lottery results
• Serve as the primary point of contact for partner users
• Support ongoing trainings with end user groups
• Provide feedback on Doorway Partners Portal product improvements, based on partner interactions
• Maintain a SharePoint listing activity guide to track work tasks
• Work in close coordination with the Doorway Partner Manager to manage the listings pipeline

Qualifications

• Education and Experience: Equivalent to completion of the twelfth (12th) grade, supplemented by college level coursework in planning, civil engineering, environmental science, business or public administration, or a related field.
• No experience is needed.
• PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Experience: Three (3) years of progressively responsible professional experience working in affordable housing property management, regulatory compliance, affordable housing marketing, and /or web-based marketplace platforms.
