About the role

The hotel is located in the heart of the city, near the French Quarter and close to major attractions such as Jackson Square, Bourbon Street, and the Arts & Warehouse District. We offer 504 rooms, 60,000 square feet of meeting space, and five food and beverage outlets, including two restaurants, a café, a seasonal rooftop bar, and in-room dining.

Responsibilities

• Support seamless arrivals and departures: Greet guests, manage traffic flow, and assist with luggage.
• Tag and track guest belongings: Issue claim tickets and ensure accurate handling and delivery of guest items.
• Handle guest items with care: Retrieve, transport, store, and organize guest luggage, packages, and boxes.
• Cookise transportation needs: Arrange taxis or other guest transportation services upon request.
• Delight our guests: Maintain an upbeat and friendly attitude, respond promptly to inquiries, and resolve issues efficiently.
