About the role

As a Doorperson, you're not just greeting and assisting guests on arrival and departure—you're spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.
Responsibilities
- Support seamless arrivals and departures: Greet arriving and departing guests, manage traffic flow at the lobby entrance, and assist with luggage
- Tag and track guest belongings: Read luggage tags, issue claim tickets, and ensure accurate handling and delivery of guest items
- Handle guest items with care: Retrieve, transport, store, and organize guest luggage, packages, and boxes from vehicles and luggage storage areas
- Coordinate transportation needs: Arrange taxis or other guest transportation services upon request
- Delight our guests: Bring an upbeat and friendly attitude to all guest interactions, respond promptly to inquiries, and resolve any issues in a friendly, efficient manner

Medical/dental coverage begins on the first of the month following 60 days of employment. 401(k) eligibility begins after 90 days of employment; new hires are auto-enrolled.
