Job Description
The ideal candidate must be knowledgeable of all local attractions, restaurants, entertainment ideas and directions. Must always present a pleasant customer service attitude. Understand and practice exceptional hospitality. Greet all guests with a smile at all times. Use the guest's last name at all times when appropriate. Responsible for opening doors for all guests entering and exiting the hotel. Provide professional hospitality in an attentive, friendly, and efficient manner to all guests. Assist guests with transportation to offsite locations using only approved taxi/limo service. Maintain accuracy and composure while under pressure. Knowledge of hotel layout, meeting rooms, amenities, services, main attractions in the area, parking rates, etc. Continually monitor and maintain cleanliness and order of guest services area. Post up in the appropriate area when not completing tasks. Work in accordance with our Security Department to ensure all safety measures are being followed.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a hotel or resort as a concierge, doorman, or bellman preferred.
