Weed Man is North America’s largest franchised lawn‑care company, and its Kalamazoo location is hiring Door‑to‑Door Lead Generators (Customer Outreach Representatives) for a seasonal role with full‑time potential. The position involves canvassing neighborhoods, interacting with prospects, and generating leads for free lawn‑care quotes—no selling required.

Pay

Starting at $18 per hour with competitive compensation based on experience, plus performance bonuses and commission pay.

Schedule

Monday – Friday, 1:00 pm – 6:00 pm. Weekly hours range from 23 to 30.

Responsibilities

• Market Weed Man’s products and services to potential customers.
• Generate leads for the sales team.
• Distribute promotional material.
• Maintain constant communication with the team to ensure efficiency and safety.
