Weed Man is North America’s Largest Franchised Lawn Care Company and is growing, always looking to ‘Make a Positive Impact.’ Weed Man Kalamazoo is now accepting applications for Door‑to‑Door Lead Generators (Customer Outreach Representatives), a seasonal position with full‑time potential starting September 2026. You will be the first point of contact for prospective customers, canvassing neighborhoods to generate leads for free lawn‑care quotes. No selling is involved; you’ll receive paid training, a guaranteed hourly rate plus performance‑based bonuses, and work outdoors in all weather conditions.

Pay
Starting pay is $18 per hour, with competitive compensation based on experience. You receive a guaranteed hourly rate plus performance‑based bonuses, including a daily bonus opportunity on top of your base wage.
Schedule
Monday‑Friday, 1:00 pm – 6:00 pm. Weekly hours range from 23 to 30 hours per week.
