About the role

Renewal by Andersen of Eastern WA is seeking outgoing, energetic Direct Marketing Associates to join our Non-Traditional Marketing team. In this face-to-face role, you’ll represent a nationally recognized brand, engage with homeowners, and generate high-quality leads by canvassing local neighborhoods. You’ll help customers envision how Renewal by Andersen’s industry-leading windows and doors can elevate their homes.

Responsibilities

• Canvass assigned neighborhoods to spark conversations with homeowners
• Demonstrate Renewal by Andersen products and their benefits
• Generate high-quality leads by connecting with potential customers
• Meet bi-weekly performance expectations set by the team

Requirements

• Reliable transportation and ability to travel throughout your territory
• Strong organizational skills and goal-driven mindset
• Coachable attitude with eagerness to grow
• Confident, clear communication skills
• Comfort working outdoors and standing/walking for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs

Pay

• Base hourly rate: $24/hr
• Most team members average $25–$30/hr
• Top performers average $35–$40/hr
• Top performers exceed $100,000/year

Schedule

• 32.5–36 hours weekly
• Monday–Friday: 11:00 AM–6:00 PM
