About the role
Weed Man Granger is recruiting enthusiastic, outgoing people with a positive attitude for Door-to-Door Lead Generators. This role is key to marketing efforts as you become the first source of contact for prospective customers. You will reach out to service areas by canvassing neighborhoods, interact with prospects, and generate leads for anyone interested in receiving a free, no-obligation lawn care quote. No selling is required.
Responsibilities
- Market products and services to potential customers
- Generate leads for sales team (NO SELLING REQUIRED)
- Distribute necessary promotional material
- Always be in communication with your team to ensure efficiency and safety
Requirements
- Professional appearance

- Ability to work outside in all weather conditions

Pay
$18/hour starting pay, with competitive compensation based on experience. Performance bonuses available in addition to hourly wage.
Schedule
Monday–Friday, 1:00 pm to 6:00 pm. Weekly hours are 23 to 30 hours per week.
