Door-to-Door Entry-Level Sales & Field Marketing Representative

About the role

This is an entry-level sales and field marketing role where you’ll be out in neighborhoods, talking to homeowners, building confidence, and getting paid while you learn how sales actually works. The role is independent, high-energy, and performance-driven—the more consistent you are, the more you earn.

Responsibilities

• Go door-to-door in assigned neighborhoods
• Talk with homeowners (no hard selling)
• Create interest and set appointments for our Sales Team
• Track your activity using company-provided canvassing tech
• Learn sales fundamentals that can lead to higher-earning roles

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license
• Comfortable walking 7–10 miles per day
• Motivated by earning potential, not just hourly pay
• Able to handle rejection and keep moving forward
• Work independently while still valuing team support
• Coachable and open to feedback
• Physically active

No sales experience required. Ideal candidates come from hospitality, retail, customer service, athletics, or other people-facing roles.

Pay

$17/hour base pay + uncapped bonuses.
