Roofing sales is year‑round work, and our Springfield branch is looking for driven canvassers to help homeowners get the inspections they need. We proudly hire veterans. Location: Springfield, MO (in‑field, door‑to‑door).

Responsibilities

• Knock doors in assigned neighborhoods
• Start conversations with homeowners
• Set up roof inspections
• Work outside, door‑to‑door
• Self‑generate leads

Requirements

• At least 18 years old
• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable transportation (no company vehicle provided)
• Cell phone

• Comfortable with door‑to‑door sales and self‑generating leads
• Self‑motivated and goal‑oriented, with a self‑starting attitude
• Honest and trustworthy (integrity matters)

Pay

This is a 1099 commission‑based independent contractor position. You earn $50.00 for every verified lead. A lead is verified once our sales team confirms it and a project manager gets on the roof and completes an inspection.
