The Overland Park branch is seeking driven door‑to‑door canvassers to help homeowners get the roof inspections they need. The company proudly hires veterans. This is an independent contractor (1099), commission‑based position located in Overland Park, KS, working in‑field, door‑to‑door.

Responsibilities

• Knock on doors in assigned neighborhoods
• Start conversations with homeowners
• Set up roof inspections
• Work outside, door‑to‑door
• Self‑generate leads

Requirements

• At least 18 years old
• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable transportation (no company vehicle provided)
• A cell phone

• Comfortable with door‑to‑door sales and self‑generating leads
• Self‑motivated and goal‑oriented, with a self‑starting attitude
• Honest and trustworthy (integrity matters more than anything)
• Confident, with strong communication skills

Pay

This is a 1099 commission‑based position. You earn $50.00 for every verified lead. A lead is verified once our sales team confirms it and a project manager gets on the roof and completes an inspection.
