About the role
The Door Parts Builder fabricates and builds special request door jambs and other door installation parts.
Responsibilities
- Fabricate and build special request door jambs and other door installation parts.
- Use power tools such as Table Saw, Miter Saw, Drills, Nail Guns.
- Work with materials including plywood and rip boards.
- Read and follow written instructions in English.
- Add and subtract fractions accurately.
- Perform tasks with minimal supervision.
Requirements
- Experience with Power Tools such as Table Saw, Miter Saw, Drills, Nail Guns.
- Familiarity with construction, renovation, furniture assembly, cabinet installs, wood working, flooring installation, or deck and fence building.
- Ability to lift, push, pull, adjust up to 100 lbs throughout the shift.
- Ability to read a tape measure to 1/16th of an inch and reduce fractions of an inch to a common denominator.
- Ability to read and follow written instruction in English.
- Ability to perform tasks with minimal supervision.

- Lifting and Adjusting (up to 100 lbs).
- Reading and Following Written Instructions.
- Reading Measuring Devices Accurately (1/16th of an inch).
- Adding and Subtracting Fractions.
