About the Role

Bell and Door Attendants at Hyatt Regency Reston are in constant communication with the Front Office to ensure guests are escorted and their luggage and personal items are transported to and from guest rooms efficiently. This role ensures guests are comfortable with their accommodations and familiar with room offerings and features. As a highly visible role, it provides opportunities for casual conversation and offering hotel or local recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Escort guests and transport their luggage and personal items to and from guest rooms efficiently.
• Ensure guests are comfortable with their accommodations and familiar with room features and offerings.
• Engage in casual conversation with guests and provide hotel or local recommendations.
• Maintain constant communication with the Front Office.

• Refined verbal communication skills.
• Physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight.
• Ability to tolerate moderate amounts of walking.
