Door and Dock Service Technician - Cleveland

Responsibilities

• Install and repair Commercial and Industrial Rolling and Panel Overhead Doors, Dock Levelers, Dock Locks, Safety Gates, and Truck Shelters.
• Supervise others and oversee projects within a job while working with minimal supervision.
• Demonstrate the desire to work in a safe manner while displaying proper conduct and integrity at all times.
• Show strong electrical skills, including troubleshooting, motor control, and wiring.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as an Overhead Door Technician.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and sit or stand for long periods of time.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Computer proficient.
• Exceptional customer service skills.

Qualifications

• Pass a pre-employment drug test and background check (DISA).
• Submit to random and annual drug testing as required.

Skills

Strong electrical skills, including troubleshooting, motor control, and wiring.
