Remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO etc. Also remove "Send applications or inquiries: hr@relevantradio.com" etc. Also remove "For your privacy..." etc. Also remove "Report This Listing", "To use this website..." etc. Also remove "Similar Job Listings". Also remove "About The Employer" maybe? The instruction: Use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can include sections like About the role (maybe from Position Summary?), Responsibilities (Essential Responsibilities), Requirements (maybe Experience/Education?), Qualifications (maybe the bullet list?), Skills (maybe from Qualifications?), Benefits (maybe "Full time benefit eligibility" and link?), Pay (the pay range), Schedule (maybe "In-Office, Monday through Friday").
We must not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". Must only include sections if posting has real specific content.

Job Description:
Position Summary: The Donor Relationship Specialist supports the operational success of Relevant Radio's mid-level donor program. Partnering with the Director of Development and Donor Relationship Managers, this role manages donor data, stewardship initiatives, research, reporting, and portfolio administration. The Specialist ensures accurate donor information, timely and effective stewardship, and strong support for donor relationship strategies through analysis, communication, and project coordination. This position requires sound judgment, exceptional organization, professionalism, and discretion.
Essential Responsibilities: list of bullet points (multiple sub-sections). We'll need to output as - for each duty.
Qualifications: list of bullet points (Active Catholic living..., Bachelor's degree..., Minimum of 3-5 years..., Demonstrated experience..., Advanced proficiency..., Exceptional organizational..., Strong written communication..., Proven ability..., High degree...).
Work Environment & Physical Requirements: Occasional travel and evening/weekend availability..., Ability to lift 30 pounds..., Position is located in Lincolnshire, IL. In-Office, Monday through Friday. Valid driver's license is required, and reliable transportation is needed.
Compensation & Benefits: Position reports to the Associate Directors of Engagement & Donor Relations Pay range is between $28.00 and $37.00 per hour, depending on experience. Full time benefit eligibility. View our website for a list of benefits offered: https://relevantradio.com/about/careers/
We also have "Category Clerical/Administrative Terms Full-Time Employee Experience 2-5 Years Education Undergraduate Degree Base Pay $28.00 to $30.00 Hourly" at top but later compensation says $28-37 per hour. We need to preserve all substantive info; we should include the pay range as given in Compensation & Benefits: $28.00 to $37.00 per hour. Also maybe note base pay earlier but it's superseded; we should include both? The instruction: Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. So we should include both pieces? The top says Base Pay $28.00 to $30.00 Hourly. Then later says Pay range is between $28.00 and $37.00 per hour, depending on experience. Both are substantive; we should include both. Could combine? But we must not summarize away detail; we could list both statements. Probably best to include both as separate sentences under Pay section.
Schedule: In-Office, Monday through Friday. Also occasional travel and evening/weekend availability for donor events as needed. So schedule includes regular M-F plus occasional travel/evenings/weekends.
Benefits: Full time benefit eligibility. View our website for a list of benefits offered: link.
We also have "Position reports to the Associate Directors of Engagement & Donor Relations" which could go under About the role or maybe under Responsibilities? It's more about reporting line; could be part of About the role.
We need sections: About the role (maybe from Position Summary + reporting line). Responsibilities (Essential Responsibilities). Requirements (maybe Experience/Education? but we have Qualifications separate). Actually we have both Qualifications and Requirements; but we can treat Requirements as the experience/education bullet points? The Qualifications list includes education, experience, etc. Could split: Requirements: Minimum of 3-5 years experience..., Bachelor's degree..., etc. Qualifications: Active Catholic living..., Demonstrated experience..., Advanced proficiency..., Exceptional organizational..., Strong written communication..., Proven ability..., High degree... But the list given includes both types. However we can follow instruction: Use headings as given; we can decide what content goes where. Probably better to have:
- About the role: Position Summary + reporting line.
- Responsibilities: Essential Responsibilities (list).
- Requirements: Education and Experience (Bachelor's degree preferred, Minimum 3-5 years experience).
- Qualifications: The rest (Active Catholic living, Demonstrated experience managing donor databases, Advanced proficiency in MS Office, Exceptional organizational..., Strong written communication..., Proven ability..., High degree...).
- Skills: maybe we could extract skills from Qualifications? But we already have Qualifications; maybe we can put Skills as subset? However instruction says use headings e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We can include Skills if there is specific content. The Qualifications list includes skills like Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, Exceptional organizational, analytical, and project management skills, Strong written communication, Proven ability to manage multiple complex priorities independently. Those could be considered Skills. But we already have Qualifications heading; maybe we should not duplicate. We could put Skills separate and Qualifications for education/experience? But the instruction says we can use those headings; we need to include a section only when posting has real specific content for it. We have content for both Qualifications and Skills (the list includes skills). Could split: Qualifications: Education and Experience (Bachelor's degree, 3-5 years). Skills: Technical and soft skills (Active Catholic living? that's more qualification). Actually Active Catholic living is a qualification (faith requirement). So maybe:
- About the role: Position Summary + reporting line.
- Responsibilities: Essential Responsibilities.
- Requirements: Education and Experience (Bachelor's degree preferred, Minimum 3-5 years experience).
- Qualifications: Faith requirement (Active Catholic living a life consistent with teachings of Catholic Church) plus Demonstrated experience managing donor databases and CRM systems (Raiser's Edge strongly preferred).
- Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, Exceptional organizational, analytical, and project management skills, Strong written communication with experience preparing executive-level correspondence, Proven ability to manage multiple complex priorities independently, High degree of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
- Benefits: Full time benefit eligibility, link.
- Pay: Base Pay $28.00 to $30.00 Hourly; Pay range is between $28.00 and $37.00 per hour, depending on experience.
- Schedule: In-Office, Monday through Friday; Occasional travel and evening/weekend availability for donor events as needed; Ability to lift 30 pounds for event set up, carry boxes...; Valid driver's license required, reliable transportation needed.
We must ensure we don't create sections with filler. All these have content.
Now we need to output HTML fragment only, no /, no markdown fences.
