About the role

Responsible for managing donor relations, overseeing fundraising initiatives, and collaborating with various departments to ensure successful campaigns and events.

Responsibilities

• Manage donor relationships and stewardship efforts
• Develop and execute fundraising strategies and campaigns
• Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to promote donor engagement
• Oversee event planning and execution
• Work closely with volunteers and staff to achieve organizational goals

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in related field (e.g., nonprofit management, public relations, or a similar field)
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in fundraising or related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience with donor management software

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with donors
• Experience with event planning and coordination
