About the role
As a Donation Specialist, you'll become an essential part of our team, providing top-notch customer service and efficiently managing donations.
Responsibilities
- Inspect, Accept, Track, and Sort Donations
- Greet our donors and lend a hand when needed
- Operate Power Equipment safely
- Categorize and Sort Merchandise
- Load and Unload Materials
- Efficient Donation Processing
Minimum Qualifications
- Mental and Literacy Skills: Solid grasp of math and reading skills
- Schedule Flexibility: Can roll with varying hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Attitude: Positive and friendly
- Background Check: Completed
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience or Certification: Prior experience or certification in light manufacturing, processing, or warehouse work
- Thrift or Used Goods Experience: Previous experience with thrift or used goods processing
- Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent
