Donation Express Lead
Job Summary
The Donation Express Lead will provide consistent supervision of the Donations Express Centers, assist donors, sort and pack donations, and maintain a clean, organized area.
Job Description
Travel to DEC sites to monitor performance of attendants.
Ensure all donation centers are staffed, supplied, and organized.
Train and retrain attendants using a consistent training plan in areas such as: organization of donated goods, maintenance and safety of trailers and surrounding areas, customer service, and recycling.
Document superior and negative observations and communicate this information with relevant parties.
Transport supplies to donation centers as needed.
Develop and maintain standards for superior operation of all Attended Donation Centers.
Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as legal requirements.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma required.
One (1) year of experience working with and effectively managing people required.
Required Skills
Self-motivated to work independently toward agreed upon goals and objectives.
Self-manage time and prioritize goals.
Ability to carry/lift loads of over 50 pounds frequently.
Ability to push/pull loads of over 50 pounds frequently.
Ability to effectively train attendants to be valuable and productive employees of Goodwill.
Ability to communicate goals and agendas with the Donations Manager, Store Manager, and/or Donation Express Supervisor(s) on a daily basis.
Ability to effectively problem solve and react to dynamic conditions.
Own transportation and ability to transport self to all assigned attended donations centers.
Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to relate well with broad spectrum of people - clients, and employees.
Physically able to meet the above physical factors of the job.
