Donation Attendant - Full Time (Dupont Village)

Goodwill Industries of Northeast Indiana, Inc. is seeking Donation Attendants for its stores in Fort Wayne, IN. This role involves serving the community while building a career with an eco-friendly organization.
Responsibilities
- Answer the donation door promptly
- Unload donations and handle them professionally
- Place donations in the appropriate staging area
- Distribute tax receipts
- Process donations efficiently
- Accurately price and move merchandise
- Absorb and organize the area during and at the end of the shift
- Follow all safety rules and practices
- Heavy lifting, pushing, and pulling required
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 20 lbs. frequently, 50 lbs. occasionally, and 100 lbs. occasionally
- Friendly personality
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and changing environment
