Donation Ambassador: Truck Driver Position – Donation Pick-up and Unloading

About the role

Part-time (30 hr/week) Driver position to pick up donations across Warren County for the Warren County Habitat for Humanity ReStore.

Responsibilities

• Safely drive trucks to and from ReStore and donation pickup sites.
• Offer excellent customer service to donors.
• Screen items for product usability.
• Safely unload donated items into the back area of ReStore for processing.
• Commit to a schedule and pick up donations in a timely manner.
• Daily cleaning and straightening of the truck and ReStore warehouse, keeping it neat and clean.
• Attend or participate in training as needed or required.
• Adhere to and reinforce ReStore Policies and Procedures.

Requirements

• Valid Driver’s License with no major traffic violations on record (3 years minimum driving experience).
• Passionate about the mission of Warren County Habitat for Humanity.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Must pass Criminal Background Check and Sexual Offender Check.
• Ability to work outdoors, including during inclement weather.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. with assistance.
